Bathrooms | Roca Group The market may be challenging, but, says RASHPAL SIDHU , innovation in products and service as well as years of experience keeps Roca ahead of the competition and in many homes It’s no secret that the market has been challenging, but we’re starting to see early signs of recovery. As always, Roca has seized the challenge as an opportunity to reevaluate our business across the board – sharpening our focus, strengthening our product offer, and enhancing our service proposition. This work has already born fruit, resulting in increased market share and closer alignment with customer needs, leaving Roca in a great position to move forward. To support our next phase of growth, we’ve strengthened and expanded our team, promoting Liam Buxton to new build director, bringing in Steven McGill as national developer manager, Rob Slimming as northern regional sales manager, Jamie Clarke as brassware category manager and, most recently, we appointed Emma Mottram as head of brand and communications to work alongside Mark Winfield as head of product management. On the product side, we’ve launched the Tura (Roca) and MEDA (LAUFEN) collections, and we’re preparing to introduce exciting new innovations across Roca Duplo Installation Systems, Roca brassware and LAUFEN’s next-generation Base 2.0 and Juna furniture. The residential sector has been challenging, yet we remain strong and fully committed to it. We’ve continued to work closely with our national developer partners and are working with more regional developers than ever before. No Roca round the block show house May 2025 | 87
